All goods and services are subject to the following conditions and no other conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing prior to acceptance of th order, and all orders are accepted on the understanding that these conditions are acceptable to the customer without reservation.

Postage
Where applicable a standard US postage rate will be charged prevailing at the date of dispatch of the goods.

Overdue Accounts
Orders received from a customer whose account is overdue will not be processed until the account is settled in full.

Prices
The right is reserved to alter prices without prior notice and goods will be invoiced at the price ruling the date of dispatch.

Claims
Customers claims for shortages and for breakages must me made within three days of receipt of goods quoting the delivery note number. No claims outside the aforesaid time will be entertained.

Non-Receipt
Customers must advise us of non-receipt of goods in writing within 14 days of receiot of invoice. No claim outside this time limit can be accepted.

Goods Returned
Subject to our prior agreement, goods will be accepted back for credit or replacement providing the goods were not obtained specially and that they are in sound and sealable condition, the address of the sender must be enclosed with each package and accompanied by an advice note showing full date. A shipping and handling charge of 15% will be made for this service.

Property
The property is the goods supplied by On-Call Medical. Tese shall remain the property of On-Call Medical until such time as payment has been received in full. Customers will not be entitled, on any goods, to withhold payment when it becomes due.

Liability
Every effort is made to ensure that goods are of the highest quality. No claim will be considered on the grounds of quality unless notified in writing within 30 days of the dispatch of the relevent goods.

Legal Note
Certain pharmaceutical items for use under medical supervision may legally be supplied only with an order signed by a medical doctor. Orders for restricted items cannot be supplied if not accompanied by the necessary signed doctor's order.

Payment Terms
Invoices must be pais 30 days from date of invoice. Products will be delivered upon receipt of payment
